5. Principle of operation
Low-voltage dual-winding current transformer principle of operation is same as the working principle of the current transformer, dual-winding current transformer primary current I1 from the main winding (6) P1 end of the flow into the P2, the main winding (6) turns of the primary winding for N1, the main winding (6) secondary current I2 from the terminal 1S1 (1) outflow, through the ammeter to the terminal 1S2 (3), the secondary winding (5) secondary winding turns of the N2, the secondary winding (5) output 2S1 (2) and 2S2 (4) output AC 0-20mA small current signals, supply measurement and control devices to collect. The secondary winding turns of the secondary winding (5) are N2, and the secondary winding (5) output terminals 2S1 (2) and 2S2 (4) output AC 0-20mA small current signals, which are supplied to the measurement and control device for collection.So there is:
I1×N1+ I2×N2= I0×N1 (1)
I2×N2+I3×N3 = I0′×N2 (2)
From equation (1):
I2×N2= I0×N1- I1×N1

I2×N2= I0′×N2 - I3×N3
So it can be obtained:
I0×N1- I1×N1= I0′×N2 - I3×N3.
i.e.
I0×N1+ I3×N3= I0×N1+ I0′×N2
In the above equation, I0 is the excitation current of the main winding (6) and I0′ is the excitation current of the secondary winding (5). So the output error of the main winding (6) can be adjusted by increasing the core cross-section or improving the performance of the core or by means of error compensation for the error, whereas the compensation of the error of the secondary winding (5) is realized by jointly improving the performance of the two windings;
Caveat
1. Primary lead through the window hole of the transformer. Open the flap, secondary wiring through the crimp piece, secondary wiring lead after the flap reset. Measurement of electrical energy can be directly utilized to seal the small holes in the flap to prevent power theft;
2. The working current is not more than 1.1 times the rated value for a long time, and it is allowed to be used for a short time in 1.2 times the rated value for a period of time not exceeding 1h;
3. Measuring instruments connected to the S1, S2 end, the total load of the connected circuit at this time should not exceed the rated load of the transformer.
